Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note that all custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend first checking with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. All sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Returns & Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the total refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
